Is support included with a website?
Every website comes with hosting, SSL and bug fixes for the first three months. After that, a support plan keeps everything updated, secure and improving.
What counts as a 'change'?
Text and image updates, adding a service or team member, price changes, new testimonials, seasonal offers — the everyday stuff. Larger additions like a new page or feature are quoted separately, at plan rates.
How quickly do you respond?
Same working day for most requests; urgent issues (site down, AI not answering) are treated as priority.
Can I cancel?
Yes — monthly rolling, no minimum term. If you cancel, your website and content remain yours.
What does 'AI tuning' mean?
We review your AI receptionist's call transcripts, update its knowledge as your services and prices change, and refine how it handles the situations that come up most.
